Introduction


This Privacy Policy outlines RAS3 ("we", "our" or "the Company") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at https://www.ras3.com ("Site"), use our services, participate in our SMS programs, or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: "Users").


Grounds for Data Collection


Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.


When you use the Site or subscribe to our SMS program, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.


We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.


What Information We Collect


We collect two types of data and information from Users.


Non-Personal Information


The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site ("Non-personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected.   • SMS Program Information: When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, carrier information, opt-in timestamp, and communication preferences.
  • Payment Information: If you make purchases through our services, we may collect billing information, payment card details (processed securely through third-party payment processors), and transaction history.
  • Customer Service Information: Records of your communications with our support team, including call recordings, chat transcripts, and correspondence.


SMS Messaging and Contact Center Communications


SMS Program Overview


By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from RAS3 at the mobile phone number you provided. These messages may include:

Message Frequency and Charges

  • We will not send promotional messages outside of permitted hours (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in your local time zone)
  • Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan
  • We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier
  • You will always be able to identify that messages are from RAS3


SMS Terms and Conditions


By participating in our SMS program, you confirm that:


  • You are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile phone number provided  You consent to receive automated text messages from RAS3 for marketing purposes
  • You provide your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)  Your consent is not a condition of purchase
  • You understand that message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan


Opting Out of SMS Messages


  • You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time through any reasonable means, including by:  
  • Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message
  • Sending an email to support@ras3.com requesting removal  Contacting our customer support team at 305-776-1984
  • Updating your preferences in your account settings
  • Any other reasonable communication expressing your desire to opt-out


After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message within 10 days. Once processed, you will not receive further marketing messages from RAS3. You may still receive transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for your use of our services, such as appointment confirmations or security alerts.

Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.


For SMS program participants:


  • Mobile phone numbers will be retained for the duration of your participation in the program
  • After opting out, we will retain your number on our suppression list indefinitely to honor your opt-out preference and comply with TCPA requirements  
  • Communication logs and consent records will be retained for at least 5 years as required by TCPA and other applicable regulations
  • Opt-out requests will be processed immediately or within 24 hours, with confirmation sent within 10 days


We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time and at our own discretion.


Cookies


We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.


A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assigns to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. Transfer of Data Outside the EEA


Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the EEA. Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. For SMS marketing specifically, you can reply STOP at any time. If you unsubscribe we will remove your contact information from our marketing distribution lists.


Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing messages, we may send you other types of important communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out. These may include transactional messages, service announcements, security alerts, or administrative notices necessary for your use of our services.


Corporate Transaction


We may share information in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, the transferee or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.


Minors


We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site and our SMS program are not designed for or directed at children under 18. For SMS program participants, we may notify you of material changes via text message.
